We want you to be fully satisfied with your official FIFA gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that personalized jerseys and memorabilia are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Log in to your FIFA Store account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
